Squash & Stretch

Emphazises: Speed, momemtum, weight and mass

The more Squash &Stretch the softer the object is... the less, the more stiff

Anticipation

The character prepares for an action to give the audience a clue of what is going to happen

Builds energy like a spring in order to jump

Comparison: anticipation vs NO-anticipation

Arcs + Slow-in & Slow-out

Without Slow In- Slow Out characters feel mechanical! Cause robot are the only things that move at a constant speed

The ball needs to follow an ARC!

Timing

The personality and nature of an object is greatly affected by the number of frames insterted between each main action

It can communicate all sort of stuff... like SIZE... AND MOOD.....????
